AirSync provides software for managing flight operations. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for complying with all applicable aviation regulations. AirSync’s safety features (currency, airworthiness, risk assessment) are aids — they do not replace the pilot-in-command’s legal responsibility.
You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Workspace owners and admins control roles and access within their organization.
Paid plans are month-to-month and billed in advance. You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation stops future charges. No long-term contract or early-termination penalty applies.
Your data remains yours. You can export it at any time, including before or after cancelling. We act as a custodian, not an owner, of your operational data.
We may update these terms or the service over time. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
