Account details you provide (name, email), the operational data you enter (aircraft, reservations, logbook entries, documents), and basic usage data needed to run the service. We don’t sell your data.
To provide the platform — scheduling, currency, billing, and the connected apps — and to keep your account secure. We use Google Cloud / Firebase as our infrastructure provider.
Your operational data is scoped to your workspace and visible only to members of your organization, according to their role. We don’t share it with third parties except infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.
If you connect Google Calendar, we use your Google account identity and authorization to create an AirSync Flights calendar and maintain copies of the AirSync reservations you choose. We do not read your personal calendar events. Google authorization tokens are encrypted and stored on our servers. We use Google data only to provide this calendar connection, not for advertising, sale, or training AI models. You can disconnect from Account settings or revoke access in your Google account; disconnecting removes the stored authorization token and leaves existing Google calendar events in place. AirSync’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting us. Cancelling your subscription does not forfeit your right to export your data first.
