Account details you provide (name, email), the operational data you enter (aircraft, reservations, logbook entries, documents), and basic usage data needed to run the service. We don’t sell your data.
To provide the platform — scheduling, currency, billing, and the connected apps — and to keep your account secure. We use Google Cloud / Firebase as our infrastructure provider.
Your operational data is scoped to your workspace and visible only to members of your organization, according to their role. We don’t share it with third parties except infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting us. Cancelling your subscription does not forfeit your right to export your data first.
