Our mission

Give every operation the tools the big academies have.

Aviation runs on scheduling, risk, currency, maintenance, and money — and most operators stitch those together with a patchwork of spreadsheets and expensive, enterprise-priced suites. AirSync brings them into one connected platform that a two-person partnership or a small school can actually afford and actually use.

Built for the flight line

Not enterprise software bent to fit a club. AirSync is designed for the owner-pilot, the partnership splitting a Cessna, and the small school — the operators legacy tools overlook.

Safety as a first-class citizen

Risk assessment, currency, and airworthiness aren’t add-ons — they’re wired into booking and dispatch so the safe path is the default path.

One product, not five silos

Scheduling, debrief, training, rentals, and gear share one source of truth for your fleet and pilots, so nothing is entered twice.

The story

From a shared logbook to a shared platform.

AirSync started with a simple frustration: co-owners sharing an aircraft had nowhere good to manage the things that actually matter — who’s flying when, is the airplane airworthy, is the pilot current, and who owes what.

The tools that existed were built for big Part 141 academies: priced per-aircraft behind a sales call, split into à-la-carte “hubs,” and locked behind annual contracts. None of it fit a flying club or a small school.

So we built the platform we wanted — scheduling, risk, training, rentals, and gear, connected and transparently priced, with safety wired into every booking. It works for one owner-pilot and scales to a school, without changing tools.
